3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, PassCraft and its entire contents are proprietary to Codeblib. The code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute PassCraft without explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PassCraft is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to ensure accuracy and security, we make no guarantee that:

• The Tool is 100% secure or free from vulnerabilities
• Generated passwords will meet the requirements of every service
• The Tool will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Password strength assessments are perfectly accurate

You are responsible for evaluating the fitness of generated passwords for your specific needs and security requirements.

5. Password Security Responsibility

PassCraft generates cryptographically random passwords, but security is a shared responsibility:

• Store generated passwords securely in a reputable password manager
• Never share your passwords with others
• Use unique passwords for each account
• Never store passwords in plain text files or unencrypted locations
• Be aware of phishing attacks and other social engineering threats

PassCraft is not responsible for passwords that are compromised due to poor storage practices, phishing, malware, or user error.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codeblib, PassCraft, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Tool
• Password-related security breaches or compromises

8. Modifications to Service
